THE COMPANION ATELIER reserves the right to terminate any booking immediately if inappropriate conduct occurs.

No refunds shall apply where services are terminated due to client misconduct.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

THE COMPANION ATELIER values client privacy and discretion.

Clients agree:

  • Not to record, photograph, or publish any companion or interaction without consent

  • Not to disclose confidential business information

We similarly maintain strict confidentiality regarding client interactions except where disclosure is required by law.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations with reasonable notice may not incur charges

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

Company Cancellations

THE COMPANION ATELIER reserves the right to cancel or decline bookings where:

  • Safety concerns arise

  • False information is provided

  • Illegal or inappropriate requests are made

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • THE COMPANION ATELIER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Services are provided on an “as available” basis

  • No guarantees are made regarding personal compatibility or subjective expectations

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
