Clients agree:
Not to record, photograph, or publish any companion or interaction without consent
Not to disclose confidential business information
We similarly maintain strict confidentiality regarding client interactions except where disclosure is required by law.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Client Cancellations
Cancellations with reasonable notice may not incur charges
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings
Company Cancellations
THE COMPANION ATELIER reserves the right to cancel or decline bookings where:
Safety concerns arise
False information is provided
Illegal or inappropriate requests are made
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
